This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through Solar Panel Energy (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in South Africa with registration number 2019/066312/07 and VAT number 4600287983.
1. Repairs Policy
Solar Panel Energy (Pty) Ltd does not handle repairs directly. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by unexpected costs or delays in repairs undertaken by manufacturers.
For products purchased through us, we will assist by submitting complaints and connecting customers with the relevant manufacturer for repair or replacement procedures.
Please note: Shipping costs to and from the manufacturer are the responsibility of the client, unless the manufacturer provides a warranty covering call-outs or shipping expenses.
2. Refunds (If Applicable)
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate the return process. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the date of receipt for the return to be processed.
- You will receive an email notification once the return has been reviewed and finalized.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
3. Exceptions
For defective or damaged products, please contact us directly at admin@solarsupplies.co.za to arrange a refund or exchange.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card provider—refunds may take time before officially posting.
- If the issue persists, contact your bank, as there may be internal processing delays.
- If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please email us at admin@solarsupplies.co.za.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at admin@solarsupplies.co.za and send your item to:

6. Return Shipping
- Return shipping and any subsequent delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.

South Africa. - Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
- If you are returning an item valued over R500.00, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
