This Shipping Policy applies to all online orders placed through www.solarsupplies.co.za, operated by Solar Panel Energy (Pty) Ltd, a South African company (Reg. No. 2019/066312/07, VAT No. 4600287983).
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or product availability issues, processing may be delayed. You will be notified by email if a delay occurs.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery time depends on the product, destination, and availability:
- Local Delivery (Gauteng): 2–5 business days
- National Delivery (South Africa): 3–7 business days
- Large or custom items: May require additional lead time. We will notify you accordingly.
3. Delivery Partners
We make use of reputable local courier partners to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Tracking numbers will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
4. Delivery Address
- Please ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete.
- We are not responsible for delayed or lost deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to track your shipment in real-time.
6. Damages
Solar Panel Energy (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier company directly to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within South Africa. For international shipping requests, please contact us at admin@solarsupplies.co.za.
